Casa Águila is a lovely townhouse, full of character. It's just a few minutes  walk from the historic part of Pollença, where you could also find an array of   restaurants and shops. The  beaches of  Puerto Pollença are just a ten-minute drive away.

This is a three-storey house which has been restored in  traditional style with modern features included in the décor. The ground floor has a spacious and bright  living / dining  room with Tv and  DVD,  a small bathroom (WC) and a modern and well equipped kitchen with hob/oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher.
The first floor features a double bedroom with an en suite shower room  and a dressing room and two twin bedrooms, which share a full bathroom with bath.
The third floor of the house is taken up by a terrace, which has sweeping views over the rooftops of houses in the old town. Also, on this level there is the utility room.

The exterior comprises a lovely patio area with a small private pool. It is a peaceful place to read a book or eating Al Fresco.
